Ordinary epoxy adhesive can only withstand 80℃ or 120℃. This epoxy adhesive is generally a bisphenol A epoxy resin type. The modified epoxy adhesive can reach 350-400℃ in a short time and 200-300℃ in a long time. It includes single-component high-temperature adhesives and two-component heat resistant epoxy glue. The typical models are TE-9249, TE-9128, etc. Its viscosity, color and curing conditions can generally be customized according to the needs, and it can also be given the functions of conducting electricity, heat and magnetism, etc.

SL3350 is made of high temperature resin and excellent thixotropic temperature resistant material. It is now used to bond ceramics and metals. It is widely used in the desulfurization equipment of power plants and the alumina ceramic bonding process, which makes up the problem of low temperature resistance of the original ordinary epoxy adhesive. Therefore, the temperature resistance can be maintained at 240℃ for a long time, and the tensile shear strength can still reach more than 5MPa at 240℃, so this type of adhesive has more obvious advantages than the same type. Generally, it is used in the bonding of high temperature resistant parts such as metal to metal, ceramic to metal, ceramic and ceramic, etc. It is used for the adhesion between tiles and metal in desulfurization equipment, high-temperature drying tunnels, large high-temperature furnaces, and high-temperature reaction tanks in power plants.

With the characteristics of room temperature curing, versatility and high strength, it is easy to operate and suitable for a variety of metal and non-metallic materials to be bonded or bonded to each other or permanently (non-removable) seals. It can withstand vacuum and pressure, resistance to aging, gasoline, kerosene, synthetic oil, water, fruit juice, dilute acid, dilute alkali, detergent, alcohol and some organic solvents.

Above 300℃ is basically silicone type and inorganic type of high temperature glue. The adhesive strength of silicone type is not very good, so it can only be used for potting and sealing. Now it is basically used for sealing, so only SL5051 liquid gasket can be selected. The strength of inorganic high temperature adhesive is relatively higher than that of silicone type, but it is much worse than that of epoxy type, so it can only be used for preliminary fixing and sealing. So SL8081 liquid gasket and SL8301 high temperature adhesive can be selected.
