    Hello Alicia, OMG yes, I have experienced healing of acid reflux from using lemon and peppermint oil. I have been healed of joint inflammation in my left knee in all of two weeks. I could not take getting that needle in my knee every month. That was not the answer because the inflammation kept coming back. I used several products to stop the inflammation. I have only been on the Grapefruit oil for about a month and my appetite is not like it use to be. I do combine exercise and I feel so much better. I am expecting to see even more come off next month. i don't get on the scale a lot, I like to see it in my clothes that way I don't get discouraged as you can be losing inches before a lot of weight.
