Greetings in The Mighty Name of Jesus, The Christ!!!
Good Stewards
Brothers and Sisters, are you Good Stewards of what Our Lord and Savior Jesus has given You Charge over? We are to be Good Stewards over those things in which Jesus has given to us, rather it be Money, Wisdom, Knowledge, Faith, Healing, Miracles, Discernment, Speaking in Tongues or Interpret Tongues, also including the Offices Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher, has Jesus given for His Glory, not yours or the Worlds. This would also go to Husbands, Wives and Children, Friends and Family. Even as much to Grace and Mercy.
Luke 16:1 KJV
“And he said also unto his disciples, There was a certain rich man, which had a steward; and the same was accused unto him that he had wasted his goods."
The range that is covered in being a Good Steward is all compassing. In every moment of every hour, of every day we are to be Good Stewards, showing, giving, doing those things that are Acceptable to Jesus. I was questioned on one of the messages The Lord Jesus gave to me dealing with Works, that Works and Salvation were completely separated, but they are not.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 KJV
"19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost [which is] in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? 20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's."
So then, if My Body is The Temple Of Jesus and He says that I am to Glorify Him in My Body and Spirit, then also Works of such things Must Follow to make them True!
For if I give Money, am I doing it in Jesus Name… but if I Speak Not, Show Not that it is Because of Jesus, then Who gets The Glory?
Matthew 5:14-16 KJV
"14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. 15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. 16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven."
There it is, the Statement that Jesus said, “…good works…” for What Purpose, “…glorify your Father which is in heaven.”, but since Jesus now sits in the place of All Authority, your Works Glorify not only The Father but Jesus as well!
Likewise with All of the Gifts mentioned above, from Money to Grace, it is Our Responsibility to make it Known that we Serve Jesus The Christ, The Son Of The Father. Now, before anyone goes running off, spouting what they should not, if you do any Works that you are Steward over and you say you are doing for Jesus that you may be Honored, then I tell you, you have your reward. What is the difference, does Jesus still get Glorified? One person does it to be Known as one who claims Jesus, the other makes it known as They Serve Jesus, making sure they take No Glory to themselves for whatever Work they have done.
Again, Understand this, Jesus Must be Glorified in all that we Do and Say, most things will be because of the Change Within that no one else may know, but, again I say BUT, when we are doing things in Public Settings in all most all of the Gifts, Jesus Must BE KNOWN for the Reason Of Doing. Not only that, in whatever we are doing we have the Responsibility to of being the Steward that Jesus has called us to be, remembering that we Serve Jesus, not Man.
Colossians 3:22-24 KJV
"22 Servants, obey in all things [your] masters according to the flesh; not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but in singleness of heart, fearing God: 23 And whatsoever ye do, do [it] heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; 24 Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ."
Do you Understand the Stewardship, whether they are of Good Works or Works Of Evil? The Scribes and Pharisees made themselves as Holy and Just, but they were evil in their Stewardship that The Father had given them, for they used their Stewardship to Glorify Themselves and Not The Father!
Example in my own life the difference of Good Works. I went to a meeting in another church and got there early. They were still setting up chairs, tables, ect, one of the fellow workers came up and greeted me and I said that I was Pastor Richard and the Brother was amazed. Here I was in a church that no one knew, doing labor equal to any other who was putting up chairs. The Brother said, “Why!”, you are a Pastor, I said is there not Work to be done? The point is, I did not the Work because I was a “Pastor”, but because of Jesus In Me, it was a Heart Condition, not a Flesh Condition.
Now in saying this, because I was around another Brothers and Sisters there was not a need to make sure that they knew it was because of Jesus, it was Assumed, but, if it were in a place that Knew Not Jesus, then Jesus would be Known that He may receive Glory and no me.

“For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed [the righteousness] of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven."
Matthew 23:12 KJV
“And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted."
Matthew 23:27-28 KJV
"27 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead [men's] bones, and of all uncleanness. 28 Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity."
Matthew 6:1 KJV
“Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven."
I have been in countless of agreements dealing with giving Money, more than any other gift. There are those who just give because they have a Kind Heart, but, it may not be because of Jesus. Some if they see someone who Appears to be poor in need of a helping hand, but are really just using you to get their next fix, whether it is alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, whatever. Are YOU Not the Steward of the Money that Jesus Has Provided? Was it not to see to Your Needs, but also to the Helping Of Others, who are Truly Of Need?
Now comes the bitter Truth of Organized Charity. There are those who give to Big Brothers and Sisters, Boys and Girls Club, United Way, Goodwill, Feed The Poor and the list goes on. If I give a Dollar to any of these, who knows that it was because of Jesus and not just a Charitable Act? Too many give, not thinking of what occurs during or after your giving. For an example, United Way, direct quote from their website, “All local funding decisions are made by the individual United Ways with the input of local leaders and community stakeholders. United Way Worldwide does not control funding decisions by local United Ways. In many instances, funding for Planned Parenthood is the result of specific direction from individual donors, including those from the United Way Worldwide Donor Advised Giving program.
Several local United Way partners provide professional family and individual counseling services. Local United Way-funded pregnancy related programs focus on community health maintenance (e.g. communicable disease prevention; medical care service; family planning; health education; public awareness services; and family preservation) and strengthening services like counseling and family life education.” Tell me where Your Dollar went to? Even though they may have Designated Allotments on Paper or Digitally, do you not know that All Funds go into One Account?
Concerning this, What does Scripture say…
1 Corinthians 5:6 KJV
“Your glorying [is] not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump?"
So, then why would I give to an Organization that does NOT Serve to Glorify Jesus? Does your church not give to the needy locally?
In Our Stewardship, we will be held Accountable to the Gifts that Our Lord Jesus has given, from Money to Mercy, if you being Born Again, a Blood Bought, need to make sure your Gifts are being done to Glorify Jesus. Are you Glorifying Jesus or Your Self?
There are some who treat their Gifts as Jesus said to Pray in Secret, but this is Wrong! Prayer is between you and Jesus, concerning those things that are laid upon you. But the giving of Gifts, Money to Mercy, go beyond Communication To Jesus, but are Acts and Works Of Love to Jesus for His Glorification.
Everything that we Do and Say should not be for My Glory, but is to The Glorification Of Jesus being Our Savior and Lord.
Most churches (denominations), teach that Stewardship is only dealing with Money, but Stewardship encompasses Your Whole Life, Actions and Words. We, The Church, must be Good Stewards to the things that Jesus gives us, it matters to Him and it should matter to us.
