FIXING THE ISSUE

• First turn off the printer and then again turn it on.
• You can also try to print using different software. Also try printing a different document from the first software
• If the message still continues to display on your computer screen then you can disconnect all the cables of the printer that connects it to the computer.
• Then again turn off the printer.
• Now try to remove all the EIO devices from the computer
• Now turn the printer on.
• Then install each of the DIMMS and EIO device
• If the error still persists then replace the firmware DIMM
• Then calibrate the printer

This should fix the error code 49 in the HP printer.
