FIXING THE ISSUE
- First turn off the printer and then again turn it on.
- You can also try to print using different software. Also try printing a different document from the first software
- If the message still continues to display on your computer screen then you can disconnect all the cables of the printer that connects it to the computer.
- Then again turn off the printer.
- Now try to remove all the EIO devices from the computer
- Now turn the printer on.
- Then install each of the DIMMS and EIO device
- If the error still persists then replace the firmware DIMM
- Then calibrate the printer
