Entering the fifth year of an umbrella organization, the Deaf Ministry Fellowship-Metro Washington DC Area (DMF-MWDCA), there will be the spring Deaf Community Bible Fellowship Picnic at Hains Point-East Potomac Park SW Washington DC.
