- The overall shape and the structure will determine the blast turbines layout which adopt 3-D dynamic simulation design.
- The rust grade(from A to D as Fig.1 ) and the requried blasting effect(from Sa1 to Sa3 as Fig.2) will have big influence on the blast turbines power and quantity.
- The required production capacity will determine the number of groups of blast turbine, the blasting speed can be designed from 0.5m/min to 20m/min.

Pre-fabrication: Designed to blast beams, profiles, sheets, flat and angle bars, pipes, etc. Before the welding process, providing a better welding quality, reducing the consumption of cut and machining tools, ensuring a better cut quality (plasma, oxy-fuel or laser), besides maintaining the factory clean. Combined with an appropriate production rate, can minimize or even eliminate the necessity of a post-fabrication blasting.
