Causes of cutter breakage in CNC Router:
1. The strength and hardness of the CNC router machine are not enough, which is mainly related to the material and geometric angle of the tool.
2.The tool sharpness is insufficient, the main reason is that the tool is not grinded well.
3.If the extended length of the tool is too long, it will easily break the tool.
4. The hardness of the processed material is too high or there are impurities in the processed material.
5. Slow motor speed of the spindle of  CNC cutting machine   will cause tool breakage. This is because the slow speed will cause each gear to strain more each time it rotates, thus increasing the cutting force, resulting in a broken cutter.
 
Processing methods:
1. When you are carving hard materials, different carving parameters and cutting tools should be set for CNC machine.
2. Choose appropriate lubricant to lubricate CNC router machine.
 
Reasons for running cutter:
1. No ground wire was installed for router machine, and static electricity appeared, which resulted in running cutter and dislocation.
2.The printer parameters in the software do not match those of the engraving machine.
 
Processing methods:
1. Install grounding wire for CNC machine
2.Reset the parameters.
