I am a Certified Indoor Health Environment and Integrative Wholefood Nutrition. 

My desire is to help children and adults who suffer from asthma and allergies gain control over their health through self-care without the use of chemicals. The method used for asthma and allergies address the symptoms and not the root cause. I help my clients eliminate the root cause so that they can heal or reduce thec many prescription medications they are taking.  By understanding my clients needs, I create a healthy wholesome wholefood eating plan to build their immune system that allows the body not only heal from the inside but is able fight off those symptoms.  Integrative nutrition is not a diet plan but a way of life that's easy and safe, making the same food they love to eat healthier.

Having suffered from allergies, asthma and sinus infections resulting from the same airborne problems for many years, I found a way to eliminate the real source of the contaminants in the home and was able to help my body heal from the inside by create a home environment without allergens.

I do this because I understand, I've been in their shoes, I know what it's like and I have and can help those seeking a proven successful way to Breathe in deeply.

I have a passion to help as many people as possible, especially our children who are just starting in life to be free, able to take simple simple breaths of Fresh Clean Air without laboring for a breath and reduce or eliminate the use of sprays, nebulizers and the many side effects from long term use of meds.

It is possible to realize what its like to have a natural and restful all night sleep, build immune system, wake up rested in body and mind, without brain fog, sore throat and blurly eyes  and start the day with vigor, refreshed and excitedy to do what you were created to do.
