In 2011, Brenda founded The Gold Medallion Foundation and The School of Esther, a life-skills development organization for youth. In 2016, Brenda authored Get Noticed! Insider Secrets to a Confident & Classy Image which has been received with great enthusiasm in the marketplace. The Get Noticed Network (GNN) & The GNN Mentoring Course will be launched in the spring of 2017 as a companion to the book.
The GNN is a national mentoring initiative. It is devoted to empowering women personally, professionally and spiritually in teams of 6-12 via online mentoring meet-ups, conferences and retreats. As women spend personal “me time” in a nurturing and supportive environment, they experience growth and transformation.
