A Mother’s H.Y.M.N. (HIS Young Men Needed)

                              Mission

To encourage and help raise up THIS generation of educated, self aware, influentialyoung kings by providing them with educational resources, extra curricular activities and life guidance which will help them prepare for a prosperous future.

A Mother’s H.Y.M.N.  will also provide mentorship. This will be a contractual mentorship between the mentor, the mother and the son. This provides the youth with more than a mentor, it gives them a father figure throughout their entire childhood.

As a single mother of 2 sons myself, I know we  have a tendency to lose ourselves in the lives of our children. We forget who we were before motherhood.  A Mother’s H.Y.M.N. wants to be able help mothers find the woman in them again. Therapy sessions, yoga sessions, health awareness, job resources….whatever is needed we will do our best to provide or lead in the right direction.

Once the mothers and their sons have a chance to work on their individualities, we will then be ready to work on strengthening their bond. Of course this is one of the strongest bonds in the world. From having therapy sessions, to retreats together and fun activities

A Mother’s H.Y.M.N. is preparing to receive government and private grants as well as having fundraisers. These monies will be used to offset costs of school supplies, college application fees and extra curricular activity fees and anything else that would allow financial stress to be taken off of the mother.
