As Principal, ACs’ focus is implementing the growth agenda, optimizing the size and shape, and utilization of Another Vessel Enterprise; encouraging the transformation of her client's career/business desires by designing specific initiatives and aligning programs that edify and enlighten the importance and value of developing, implementing, and maintaining a Polished Image, including proposal development and grant writing services, etc.
As Owner of the People Advisory function, AC coaches and consults w/ businesses & individuals alike to ensure that all of her clients not only explore their passion, however, but also gain confidence in their authentic being.
Just as the woman of God was instructed to go throughout her community and gather as many empty vessels that she could find and fill them with the oil that she possessed [2 Kings 4:1-7], AC has been commissioned to go out and gather open, empty, and willing vessels. Once the vessels have been gathered, she will fill the vessels with all the love, knowledge, and wisdom that she has gained over the years as a Mother, Friend, Mentor, Talent Acquisition professional, and Advocate for the People of God.
