Along with accepting her hips and forehead, she has also embraced God's grace and love, self-discovery and acceptance. Each by facing head on, shame, insecurity, anxiety, and depression from childhood trauma, heartbreak, the death of a child, and physical abuse. The result brought significant breakthroughs and helped cultivate her purpose to empower others on their own soul healing journey. Key Steps Fatima believes are essential to healing: • Understanding we are not meant to do life alone. Everyone needs a safe place to fall. • It's critical to change a victim mentality to a victor mindset, if serious about the healing journey. Accepting hard truths is apart of that decision. • Releasing people from great expectations is a pathway to forgiveness.
