Biography

One of the most sought after among songwriter's and worship leader's in the DC Metropolitan area. Steve Swann is best known for his unique style of leading congregational worship, prophetic intercession and holy hip-hop praise. Most commonly recognized for his delivery of the "Songs of the Lord". This young fire starter has been tasked with the assignment of shifting God's people to a higher dimen...sion of worship. His hunger for God can be felt through the heart and intensity of his worship. Steve Swann has shared platforms/arenas with Grammy Award Winning Singer Pastor John P. Kee, Brent Jones, William Mc Dowell, Dave Hammond (Radical for Christ); Byron Cage, Brittany Wright; and NFL Hall of Famer Darrel Green just to name a few. Some of his musical influences are Fred Hammond & Radical for Christ, Commissioned, Israel Houghton, Hillsong, David & Nicole Binion, Trent Corey, and Tye Tribbett. Steve currently serves as the Music & Fine Arts Director for The International Worship Center (IWC), located in Laurel, MD.
