RJ Alexander Ministries and Intentional Disciplism is a ministry that equips believers to share their faith in a simplistic and organic way, which draws individuals heart toward Jesus. Intentional Disciplism focuses on making disciples for Christ, not just decisions for Christ. We develop a strategy for multiplying disciples with the leadership of the church, followed by an interactive workshop for the entire church family. Our discipleship model is built on three components; intentional, relational and missional. Intentional Disciplism- it's not a presentation but a conversation. It's not an event but a way of life.
