Blessing To ALL

We would like to invite you to our FREE! upcoming plated dinner and entertainment for the homeless on December 14, 2014 from 6:00pm-8:00pm . The event will be held at Sligo Seventh-day Adventist Church at7700 Carroll Avenue Takoma Park, MD 20912 . This is to help women and children in transition or dealing with homelessness, Domestic violence, addictions, abuse, and incarceration.

We will be operating a Winter Haven Hypothermia overnight shelter at Sligo Seventh-day Adventist Church for women and children. We will receive referrals from Montgomery County Crisis Center beginning January 1, 2015 through February 28, 2015, from 7pm-7am , and perhaps longer. We will be providing 10-15 beds , depend on the changes in temperature more beds may be needed as temperatures drop.

The financial support, will provide services for the women and children in transition, who need food, clothing, toiletry, winter items, bedding items, gift cards and to open up a facility to provide housing for our community, with your support, we can do more. Volunteer opportunity is available.
