Brenda Joyce Johnson is a Master Image and Etiquette speaker, author and coach. She is the President of Training by Design, LLC where she enjoys designing customized education venues and motivational programs for youth and adults.
Her background includes independent contracting for companies, such as Procter & Gamble where she facilitated Diversity and Team Effectiveness Leadership programs. For more than two decades, she has championed soft skills training for corporate, government, educational and civic organizations.
In 2001 she founded and was the CEO of The Gold Medallion Foundation in Columbus, Ohio, a non-profit youth development organization which now resides in Sanford, North Carolina. Since 2001 the Foundation’s premier mentoring program, The School of Esther (SOE Academy) has sponsored summer school & college prep programs as well as Saturday social skills development cotillion training for youth ages 13-17.
Brenda enjoys facilitating women’s empowerment events such as “A Day Away” retreats to provide opportunities for rest, relaxation, restoration and spiritual development. She was ordained to the Christian ministry in January 2000 and particularly enjoys bridging the gap between practical and spiritual living.
In January of 2014, she launched the Essentials Image & Etiquette webinar training program for individuals desiring credentials as image and etiquette professionals.
