WLAB 107.3 – the REV was launched in October 2019 by Rev. Dr. Louis A. Butcher, Jr., retired pastor of the Bright Side Baptist Church in Lancaster, PA. His mission is to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ to the world through music, preaching, and teaching, as well as to bring to light community issues through an Internet radio station. WLAB broadcasts 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. The Facebook page is WLaB107.com.

The station is to provides a variety of genres of music, including traditional and contemporary gospel, quartet, gospel jazz, and hymns. The station presents dynamic preaching, teaching, and podcasts by premier preachers, teachers, and leaders from around the nation. Finally, WLAB tackles issues germane to communities, including health, education, economic empowerment, and social justice. The station reaches out to concerned ministries and community organizations that might wish to become a part of the programming family which will help get their message out. It is to be noted that WLAB is a for profit business. Sponsorship or programming funds are to purchase broadcast time, advertising, or promotion for the purchasing organization.  Purchases for broadcasting services are not tax deduible as charitable contributions. Funds donated to charities to cover broadcasting may possibly be deductible. New broadcasters and advertisers are always being sought.
