There are so many children in the hospital, so many looking for a reason to smile.
So many people in the nursing homes, searching for a smile from a child.
So many in our community, looking to feel Christ love.
So many in our church who cannot make it to the pews.
Ever wish you could help someone through their pain? Ever wish you had just the right words? Ever felt like there was nothing you could do? Ever felt you would do anything to see a smile?
The Youth & Children’s Ministry working together with everyone we can put a smile on the face of a child in the hospital, someone in the nursing home, or a church member who is ill, or going through a storm! We can do our part to share Christ love as servants of Jesus Christ.
On Saturday 9/24/11: ALL Children ages 3-12yrs:
The children will make cards & crafts for children at:
“CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL”
“NURSING HOMES IN OUR COMMUNITY”
“SICK & SHUT IN”
“ANYONE IN NEED OF BEING TOUCHED BY A CHILD”
*We encourage you to bring all the children to get involved in this outreach. Let them experience spreading the love of Jesus Christ.
*Adults & teens are also welcomed & encouraged to stay & assist with the cards & crafts*
(If you know of someone who is sick or shut in, someone in the hospital, someone who is depressed, going through a storm, or someone who just needs to feel the love of Jesus Christ through a card from a child. Please email me the names.)
