To be considered, applicants must:
+ Reside in Prince George's County, Maryland District 8
(Camp Springs, Clinton, Forest Heights, Fort Washington, Glassmanor, Marlow Heights, Oxon Hill)
+ Provide an official transcript
+ Write a one page easy
+ Provide other documentation as listed on the application
