SCA International is pleased to partner with you for our 2011 Christmas Gift Bag Outreach. SCA missionaries will be going to schools where they have an opportunity to present the true meaning of Christmas, and to homes, some of which are those of the children's who have participated in our summer camps, 'Kids Clubs', community 'Play Days' or other events. The deliveries are made in rural areas, First Nations' communities, and in low-income housing areas in northern cities. The deliveries give SCA workers and volunteers a chance to meet new children and/or families for the first time, which establishes new relationships and gives us an opportunity to tell them about our year-round programs where Christ is proclaimed. It also allows us to reconnect with those children we ministered to during the year.
$14 may not seem like it can make a big difference, but God can use your gift to allow us to share the love of Christ with these families. And His love does make a difference!
