DC-MD Small Business Owner Networking invites you to join us for a charity networking event.  For this networking mixer, we'll be partnering with the Bowie Business Start-Up and Support Meetup, DC-MD-VA Entrepreneur Alliance Meetup  and the Christian Business Exchange Meetup as we network for the benefit of 40 Miles for Autism.

40 Miles for Autism, a fundraising campaign for Pathfinders for Autism, embodies the personal mission of Mike Shelah.  Upon turning 40 years old in May, Mike Shelah vowed to lose 40 pounds and run 40 miles in his quest to raise awareness and raise $40,000 for autism research.  Mike documents his progress weekly in the 40 Miles for Autism blog.  All donations to Pathfinders for Autism, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, are tax-deductible.

Complimentary appetizers will be provided courtesy of our Meetup Sponsor, America's Favorite Small Business Contest.  Our vendors for the event, Jenny Meyer of Premier Designs and Ann Brodeur of Arbonne have also graciously agreed to donate a portion of the event sales to the cause.

In addition to our drawing for a $25 Ram's Head Tavern gift certificate, Rose Woodruff of Executive Decision Coaching and Ginger Loprete of Jacobs Gardner Office Supply will be donating door prizes.  If you would like to donate a product or service to our door prize drawing please contact Evette Lewis through the Organizer's link.

The Ram's Head Tavern is located in the Savage Mill Mall in Savage, MD. Lots of parking if you continue on Washington St. until the very end!
