    Yes, I finally did it, I wrote my first book.  And, I self-published.  Lots of hurdles, sleepless nights, missed deadlines, but through it all I persevered and did it!  I am excited to be a world-renowned entrepreneur and now an author.  Wow!  I hope you are able to come out and share the excitement that is bursting within me.  "Showers of Blessing: Reign Gear for the Soul" is a great source of encouragement for anyone who needs to walk by faith and not by fear.

    Do you think your choir is the best in Metro Detroit?  If that's so, enter My TV20's choir competition for the opportunity to showcase your choir during our Detroit Sings holiday special.

     
    Show us - film your choir/ensemble singing a holiday song.  Upload the video to My Share (link is also available on TV20detroit.com home page) and include the link on the submission form.
     
    The top three finalists will win a cash donation for your choir organization, prizes and the opportunity of a life time. Your choir performance on Detroit Sings, broadcast on TV20 Christmas Eve.
     
    1st Place - $1250 / 2nd Place - $750 / 3rd Place - $500 and a feature within My TV20 News at 10.

    Seventh Day Slumber is a Christian rock band from Dallas, Texas formed in 1996. They were an independent band for five years until they signed with Tooth and Nail Records in 2007. They are best known for their songs "Oceans from the Rain" and "Surrender". "Oceans from the Rain" was the 14th most played song on Christian CHR radio in 2006 according to the Weekend 22. "Surrender" placed on the X 2009 Christian rock hits compilation.
