Pharrell’s uncle, Bishop Ezekiel Williams is featured in the series as the leader of this team of influential gospel leaders, including the legendary Peggy Britt as they venture out into Hampton Roads to find undiscovered talent. With the belief that diverse backstories can give their collective voice a greater meaning, the Bishop and his team will be searching for people of all ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds. Their ultimate goal is to build a great choir that will showcase the new talent that will be seen around the world.
