About The Christian Business Institute

The Christian Business Institute or CBI is a ministry in First Baptist Church of Glenarden.  The ministry is dedicated to helping individuals learn to conduct an ethical Christian Business that is financially sound and based on biblical principles.  The mission is to foster opportunities for businesses that will enable them to network and provide economic growth with an emphasis on four core components: Training and Education, Business Expo, Business Directory, and Public Relations.  Networking is highly encouraged.

Meetings are held the 2nd Friday of every month, 7-9 pm at the Worship Center of the First Baptist Church of Glenarden at 600 Watkins Park Drive, Upper Marlboro, MD.

The 2016 Inspiration Celebration Gospel Tour is back for the 10th year and will feature every genre within the gospel music industry: contemporary, traditional, inspirational, instrumental, hip-hop, and comedy. This tour continues to deliver strong evidence that consumers view McDonald’s as being connected to the African-American community and will continue to offer not only a free concert, but also a great family experience with entertainment that is positive, uplifting and inspirational.

The K-LOVE Fan Awards is an awards show that brings together the biggest names in Christian music, sports, books and movies, with their fans, for the biggest night in Christian entertainment in Nashville, TN. 

Finally there is a Christian award show voted on by You - the Fan!

The Mission of The K-LOVE Fan Awards is to "create a fan experience that celebrates and promotes artists, athlete's, authors and entertainers who, with excellence, engage and impact popular culture for Jesus Christ.”

There are actually three ways to participate in third annual K-LOVE Fan Awards.

1. Log on to the K-LOVE Fan Awards and VOTE for your favorite in a variety of categories. Winners will be announced June 5th in Music City - Nashville, TN at the Historic Grand Ole Opry House and posted on the K-LOVE Fan Awards website.
    
2. Attend the 4th annual K-LOVE Fan Awards show in Nashville, TN. See all of your favorite K-LOVE personalitie
