* Social Security Cards for self and all dependents (REQUIRED)
* Birth Dates for dependents
* Wage & earning statements ( W-@, 1099R, etc. )
* Bank check for Direct Deposit information
* Bank interest statements
* Last year's ta returns, if available
* All other tax documents
We DO NOT PREPARE reuturns for the following:
* Business returns
* Extensive stock transactions
* Rental Property
* Moving Expenses
* Purchase or Sale of Home
