What is the Dance SPA? It is a 1/2 day full of classes to get your body moving in the DMV area for all ages. It allows exposure of various movement classes in short sessions that will refresh the body. Come try out a class and then book an appointment with our onsite masseuse.

This is a great opportunity for individuals to learn from various instructors within the DC-MD-VA area during a one-day session.
