What is Coaching?
Coaching is a shared partnership between you and I that is focused on providing you with the tools to move from where you are currently to where you want to be. As the result of a series of powerful conversations, you will clarify your purpose and vision, enabling you to make crucial decisions. Together, we will develop a support system that empowers you to reach your potential. Coaching will provide you accountability, a safe place to brainstorm, share your fears, face your challenges and see opportunities all around.

Who Are My Typical Clients?
My clients share a lot in common. They are ambitious and embrace the opportunity to grow. Their faith matters to them, they desire healthier and richer relationships and they are willing to invest in the fulfillment of their dreams.
My clients come from various walks of life. Some are married couples; some are in a committed dating relationship. Others are pastors, corporate executives and managers. All of my clients have one thing in common: they are eager to work toward a new level personally, relationally, professionally and spiritually. My coaching practice is a blend of life, relationship and leadership coaching, helping people determine and achieve their goals.
Are There Different Types of Coaching?
Yes. I provide two types of coaching.
Life Coaching
My life coaching approach is customized and centered around you and where you desire to grow. Together we explore the major arenas of your life - family, friends, faith, fun, firm (work), finances and fitness. The fundamental question is "what type of life do you want to build?"
Leadership Coaching
In leadership coaching we focus on what it means to lead from the inside out - integrity and character. We identify best leadership practices, develop and strengthen your emotional intelligence, learn and apply four components of transformational leadership which inspire followers and increase productivity and profit.
