The 12th Annual Deborah C. Offer Bulgin Women of Virtue Walking in Excellence Celebration is a signature event rooted in honoring the legacy, faith, service, and excellence of the late Deborah C. Offer Bulgin, the mother of the host, Dr. Tasheka L. Green.
On Saturday, March 28, 2026, at 12:00 PM, we will host The Prelude, which serves as the purposeful and intentional foundation for the larger in-person celebration that will take place later this year.
This virtual experience is inspired by this year’s theme, The Art of Being Different: Different by Design. Called by Choice. Becoming by Destiny, and brings together women of virtue and excellence who will be honored and celebrated for their faith, leadership, service, and impact within a purpose-driven gathering rooted in identity, obedience, growth, and destiny.
Additionally, through “Virtuous Power Talks” from twelve distinct voices of faith and leadership, attendees will be encouraged to embrace their God-given design, walk courageously in obedience, honor the process of becoming, and lead with clarity, courage, and conviction.
Rather than beginning with ceremony, this experience begins with meaning. Through moments of reflection, testimony, and honor, The Prelude invites attendees to examine identity, obedience, growth, and destiny, and to walk courageously in who they were designed to be, choose purpose daily, embrace the process of becoming, and lead with faith and intention.
This gathering creates the foundation upon which the larger celebration will be built. It establishes the tone, affirms the honorees’ journeys, and strengthens the community of women committed to walking in excellence.
