The SHABACH! Ministries, Inc. (SMI) Career & Opportunity Fair 2019 was a huge success. The event had hundreds of attendees from across Prince George’s County and the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. Many students, parents, families, entrepreneurs and corporate representatives absorbed the information from the different products and services that the exhibitors had to offer. As the 501(c) (3) organization of First Baptist Church of Glenarden, SMI’s mission is to empower people to develop dynamic communities by meeting their needs, giving them hope and teaching them to soar. Since 1996, SMI has served the community through innovative education and community-based programs. Nearly 250 people each year benefit from our Adult and Youth Employment programs. Our Career & Opportunity Fair is an excellent venue for your organization to help our efforts to fulfill the needs of Prince George’s County residents, while also showcasing your organization’s products and services.
