Applicant MUST be a resident of District 27A and either of the following:
Current high school senior
You plan to or are currently a full-time degree-seeking undergraduate/graduate student at an accredited Maryland educational institution (12+ credits undergraduate or 9+ credits graduate per semester).
You plan to or are currently a part-time degree-seeking undergraduate/graduate student at an accredited Maryland educational institution (6-11 credits undergraduate or 6-8 credits graduate per semester).
You plan to or are currently a vocational/trade school student.
If you plan to or currently attend an out-of-state institution because your academic program is not offered in a Maryland institution, you must complete the Unique Major Application here and attach your documentation to this application when prompted.
If you plan to or currently attend an out-of-state institution because you require special accommodations that are not offered in a Maryland institution, please explain in this application when prompted.
If you are a US citizen, you must submit your FAFSA by June 1. If you are an undocumented student, you must submit the MDCAPS One-App by June 1.
