(DMV Area) Dance Movement Workshop Series

Back by popular demand is the Dance SPA a series of movement classes! A movement series of various classes (liturgical, ballet, youth, teens, adults, line dance, flags, pageantry, and more) per date to rejuvenate your mind-body-soul. We will offer these throughout the year, make sure you share and plug in. Come try different classes taught by various instructors.
Open to all (no technical background required). Come out and be refreshed in an uplifting atmosphere!
In addition, and unique to our series, is our onsite masseuse. We are looking forward to having an onsite masseuse, by appointment (30-minute upper body; separate pricing).
