Sherma Brisseau, RD LN, a Nutritionist with Kaiser Permanente will speak on “Fight the Bulge with Nutritious Food.”Ms. Karen Samara, Personal Chef will demonstrate “Recipes for Good Health.” Separate energetic exercise segments will be led by Lavonne Deshield, Certified Group Fitness Instructor and CEO of Well Fit Life and International Fitness Guru, Rev.
