As we strive each day to unite all God's people, we are thankful for the heritage of gospel music as a medium that provides solace in times of despair, comfort in times of uncertainty and joy in times of happiness.

We pay tribute to the spirit and resiliency of a people strengthened by a spiritual foundation and deeply enriched by its gospel heritage. Rock the Block is a district wide, quarterly event that invites everyone to gather together for a high energy, multimedia driven entertainment event, utilizing the gifts and talents of this generation. Rock The Block events will present a message of love, hope, and character based topics to help reach youth with relevant methods in targeted communities.

Rock the Block is an instrument to help a counter culture movement that embraces love for all people. We support and believe in the message of abstinence before marriage and saying no to drugs and alcohol. We challenge men and women to become people of character and encourage them to be someone great.

Rock the Block is not a conventional event but it is a high energy atmosphere, incorporating bass pounding music that encourages everyone to be involved.  There are rappers that entertain, lasers and lights that swirl overhead. Drama, dance, and video's

There are so many children in the hospital, so many looking for a reason to smile.

So many people in the nursing homes, searching for a smile from a child.

So many in our community, looking to feel Christ love.

So many in our church who cannot make it to the pews.

Ever wish you could help someone through their pain? Ever wish you had just the right words? Ever felt like there was nothing you could do? Ever felt you would do anything to see a smile?

The Youth & Children’s Ministry working together with everyone we can  put a smile on the face of a child in the hospital, someone in the nursing home, or a church member who is ill, or going through a storm! We can do our part to share Christ love as servants of Jesus Christ.
