SATURDAY, 8/23 CLASS ONLY WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE AN EXTRA IN THE FEATURE FILM 'ALL THE MAN I NEED". TAPING WILL BEGIN RIGHT AFTER CLASS SO BE PREPARED TO STAY UNTIL ABOUT 7:00 PM. WARDROBE INFORMATION COMING SHORTLY. THIS FILM WILL BE AVAILABLE IN RED BOX AFTER COMPLETED. WE WILL LIST OTHER DISTRIBUTION AS IT COMES.
This eight week course is taught by Casting Director/Acting Coach Sharon Brown. Students will learn “Technique” for stage and film. They will learn how to analyze script to include finding the theme, super objective, literal actions, scene objectives, tactics, imagination, subtext, motivation and relaxation. Students will come to realize TRUTH in many aspects regarding Acting and themselves. Each student will analyze and memorize a script for stage and a monologue for film using the technique. They will perform their monologue on video and receive a professional copy of their work to submit electronically for auditions. Students will have first access to opportunities to be in TV Network Pilots and shows after they are picked up by a Network Station.
You may make installment payments up to one week prior to start date which class must be paid in full by. If you're a student and refer someone, when their class is paid in full you will receive a $25.00 discount off your class. If you're not a student and refer someone you will receive $25.00 cash for each person when their class is paid in full.
