Marketing Communications - Joining our network confirms that you will receive our marketing communications or newsletters (monthly or quarterly) and will have an option to unsubscribe at anytime.

The following Terms of Service apply to your use of the Hey Papi Promotions Network. You are solely responsible for your conduct and your content on the Network and compliance with these terms. By registering with us or using or browsing this Network, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. This Network is not intended for children younger than 16 and is offered only to users 16 years of age or older. If you are under 16 years old, please do not use this network unless you have received written permission (consent) from a parent or legal guardian.

• in a manner that is libelous or defamatory, or in a way that is otherwise threatening, abusive, violent, harassing, malicious or harmful to any person or entity, or invasive of another's privacy;
• in a manner that is harmful to minors in any way;
• in a manner that is hateful or discriminatory based on race, color, sex, religion, nationality, ethnic or national origin, marital status, disability, sexual orientation or age or is otherwise objectionable;
• to impersonate any other person, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, or to obtain access to this Network without authorization;
• to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this Network or prevent others from using this Network, or in a manner that disrupts the normal flow of dialogue with an excessive number of messages (flooding attack) to this Network, or that otherwise negatively affects other persons' ability to use this Network;
• to use any manual or automated means, including agents, robots, scripts, or spiders, to access or manage any user's account or to monitor or copy this Network or the content contained therein;
• to facilitate the unlawful distribution of copyrighted content;
• in a manner that includes personal or identifying information about another person without that person's explicit consent;
• in a manner that employs misleading email or IP addresses, or forged headers or otherwise manipulated identifiers in order to disguise the origin of content transmitted through this Network or to users; and
• in a manner that constitutes or contains any form of advertising or solicitation if emailed to users who have requested not to be contacted about other services, products or commercial interests.

Additionally, you agree not to:

• "Stalk" or otherwise harass anyone;
• Collect, use or disclose data, including personal information, about other users without their consent or for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law or regulations;
• Request, solicit, or otherwise obtain access to usernames, passwords, or other authentication credentials from any member of this Network or to proxy authentication credentials for any member of this Network for the purposes of automating logins to this Network;
• Post any content containing child pornography to this Network;
• Post any content that depicts or contains rape, extreme violence, murder, bestiality, incest, or other similar content;
• Post any content that constitutes pornography, contains nudity, or is adult in nature.
• Use automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like to download data from this Network - except for Internet search engines (e.g. Google) and non-commercial public archives (e.g. archive.org) that comply with our robots.txt file, or "well-behaved" web services/RSS/Atom clients. We reserve the right to define what we mean by "well-behaved";
• Post irrelevant content, repeatedly post the same or similar content, or otherwise impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Network's infrastructure;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our computer systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of, this Network;
• Use this Network as a generic file hosting service;
• Take any action that may undermine the feedback or rating systems (such as displaying, importing, or exporting feedback information off of this Network or for using it for purposes unrelated to this Network); and
• Develop, invoke, or utilize any code to disrupt, diminish the quality of, interfere with the performance of, or impair the functionality of this Network.

You agree not to authorize or encourage any third party to use this Network to facilitate any of the foregoing prohibited conduct. You also agree that these Network Terms of Service are inure to the benefit of our service providers (including our Network platform provider) and that they may take action (including the removal of your content and disabling of your account) in order to maintain compliance with these Network Terms of Service. Technology and hosting for aspects of this Network are provided by this Network's online service provider. However, the Network Creator (Hey Papi Promotions Network) of this Network controls the content, membership, and policy of this Network, including those pages served by such service provider on behalf of this Network.

The following Privacy Policy applies to the use of sign-up and sign-in on the Hey Papi Promotions Network with social media platform Apps for Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn.

1. Facebook data app will request the following information from the user; name, email address/password, telephone number, and website link when you create a Hey Papi Promotions Network account. The user email address/password is only used to sign-in to the Hey Papi Promotions Network. The app is using this data to create a member account on the Network and the option for sign-in or sign-up. SMS Messaging Service Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: November 5, 2026

These SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern participation in the Hey Papi Promotions Network Mobile Text Club and related SMS/text messaging programs operated by Hey Papi Promotions® and Hey Papi Promotions Network, subsidiaries of Penta Networking Group, LLC (collectively referred to as "we," "us," or "our").

By voluntarily enrolling in our SMS messaging program, you agree to these SMS Terms and our applicable Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. SMS Program Description and Purpose

The Hey Papi Promotions Network Mobile Text Club is an optional text messaging service designed to keep subscribers informed about relevant information, services, programs, and opportunities.

Depending on the messaging program to which you subscribe, messages may include:

• Upcoming Christian and faith-based events, conferences, workshops, and community activities.

• Special invitations, event announcements, and registration reminders.

• Community outreach, volunteer opportunities, and public service announcements.

• Network news, membership information, and important website or service updates.

• Marketing promotions, special offers, advertising services, and other promotional communications.

• Customer service responses, subscription confirmations, and information requested by subscribers.

• Important website maintenance notices, service interruptions, and related alerts.

Messages may include links to our website, event registration pages, announcements, or other relevant resources.

2. Consent and Enrollment (Opt-In)

Participation in our SMS messaging program is voluntary.

By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in through our designated subscription form, messaging signup process, or another legally recognized consent method, you expressly authorize Hey Papi Promotions Network and Hey Papi Promotions® to send SMS and, where applicable, MMS messages to the mobile number provided.

Messages may be delivered using automated messaging technology where permitted by law.

Consent to receive promotional or marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, creating a network account, or maintaining membership in the Hey Papi Promotions Network.

Submitting a mobile number, registering for a website account, or providing general agreement to our website Terms of Service does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive promotional SMS messages.

You represent that you are authorized to enroll the mobile telephone number provided and agree to keep your contact information accurate.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary.

The number of messages received depends on upcoming events, announcements, promotions, community activities, service updates, and the specific SMS messaging program for which you have enrolled.

Some subscribers may receive messages periodically, while others may receive additional messages when relevant updates or events are available.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply.

Hey Papi Promotions Network does not charge a separate subscription fee to join its Mobile Text Club. However, your wireless service provider may charge standard text messaging, multimedia messaging, or mobile data fees according to your wireless service plan.

You are responsible for any applicable carrier charges.

5. Opt-Out Instructions — STOP to Cancel

You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from our SMS messaging program at any time.

Reply STOP to opt out.

Text STOP to cancel.

To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any SMS message received from our messaging program, or text STOP to the same SMS number from which you receive our messages.

After your request is processed, you may receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your cancellation. No further promotional SMS messages will be sent under that subscription unless you voluntarily provide new consent.

You may also request removal from our SMS messaging list by contacting us using the contact information provided below.

Unsubscribing from SMS messages does not automatically cancel your website membership or other separately authorized communications.

8. Mobile Carrier and Delivery Disclaimer

SMS message delivery depends on participating wireless carriers, telecommunications networks, device compatibility, and service availability.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Hey Papi Promotions Network cannot guarantee uninterrupted delivery or immediate receipt of every message.

The SMS messaging service may not be available through every wireless provider or in every geographic location.

9. Subscriber Responsibilities

By participating in the SMS program, you agree to provide a valid mobile telephone number that you are authorized to use.

If your telephone number changes, is reassigned, or is no longer under your control, please notify us or discontinue your subscription.

Subscribers should not transmit sensitive personal information, financial account details, passwords, or other confidential information through ordinary SMS messages.

Our SMS program is intended for informational, promotional, and customer communication purposes and should not be relied upon as an emergency response service.

10. Changes to SMS Services and Terms

Hey Papi Promotions Network reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue its SMS messaging program and to revise these SMS Terms as permitted by applicable law.

Material changes will be communicated when required. If a change requires renewed SMS consent, we will obtain that consent before sending messages covered by the revised authorization.

You may discontinue SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.
