The International Worship Center Senior Pastor is Bill Russell. He is a native of Washington DC. Pastor Russell received Christ as a teenager, and has been striving to Serve Christ, Love People and Reach the World every sense. The Proud Husband of Sheila Stewart-Russell. Pastor Russell also has three children Michael 20; Kimberly 22; and Delvin 35.

A Motivational Speaker, Life Coach, Father, Son and Servant of God, with over 20 years of ministerial as well as community service experience, Pastor Bill has helped develop and grow numerous of churches and community organizations across the country.

Pastor Bill is also the President and Founder of Life Is Choice Driven, Inc. which is a not for profit organization that encourages residents to make positive choices. Pastor Bill is a certified trained Life Coach, graduate of the Genesis Life Coaching Institute and proud member of the 100 Black Men of Greater Washington.

Pastor Bill is a graduate of the National Church of God School of Ministry, located in the DC Metropolitan area, Ordained into the Ministry in 1989 and continues to serve the Body of Christ. Pastor Bill's passion and mission in life is to simple "Impact Lives and Make a Difference."

Sheila Stewart-Russell is an award winning media conglomerate whose career as a Radio, TV and Print Media Personality spans over 20 years. She is the News & Community Affairs Director for Radio One-DC Stations (93.9) WKYS-FM; (102.3) WMMJ- FM; (104.1) WPRS-FM; (1450) WOL-AM; WYCB-AM and The Syndicated Russ Parr Morning Show heard in (40) U-S cities. Stewart is also an Adjunct Professor, Motivational Speaker, Public Relations Consultant and Accomplished Author. She wrote and published the book “Faith and The 3 P’s Overcoming Obstacles With Prayer, Persistence and Positive Thinking. It continues to receive enthusiastic re- sponses. Stewart-Russell has been honored by numerous organizations for outstanding community service work across the US. She has raised millions of dollars for various charities such as 100 Black Men of America, National Congress of Black Women, Na- tional NAACP, Susan Komen Race For The Cure, The Jack & Jill Foundation and a host of others. A proud member of the prestigious Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Sheila is happily married to Life Coach and Pastor Bill Russell. It doesn't matter what religion you are, there is a lot more to churches, synagogues and mosques than just prayer meetings and bible classes. Records must be kept of all activities that involve the church and its members. Church committees are accountable for everything that happens within their responsibilities. That's why even churches need a modern filing system.
