Life Camp's mission is to develop positive character through the arts and life-skills training.

Camp Overview

Thank you for considering Life Camp. Our camp purpose is to provide a safe atmosphere with lots of fun, activities, and learning. Our camp is registered with the State of Maryland and complies with all regulations. This year our goal is to provide your child(ren) with a summer camp full of programs, adventures, and learning experiences that will be both meaningful and memorable.

Life Camp is a summer day camp located in Prince George's County and serves children in the greater Washington, DC metropolitan area.  Life Camp offers two exciting camp options.

Life Camp 2011 June 18th through August 10th

Option 1: "The Arts Camp" offers campers exposure to the performing arts. Dancing, singing, acting, and technical theatre are a part of this Life Camp program. "The Arts Camp" offers a full range of summer camp activities, including: swimming, bowling, skating, field trips and other recreational activities. In addition, "The Arts Camp" performs a full production at the conclusion of Life Camp. The production for this year is Jay Cameron's – “College Fever - Kids Edition". College Fever will get campers excited and ready for college along with teaching them how to manage their money!

Option 2: "The Life Skills Camp" provides campers a full range of summer camp activities including: swimming, bowling, skating, field trips and other recreational activities. In addition, "The Life Skills Camp" has a concentration on recreation, financial literacy, self-esteem and character building, goal setting and much, much more. This camp is specifically designed for the child that may not be interested in “the arts,” but is looking for a fun, life-changing summer experience.

So whether you have a budding entertainer, entrepreneur or you are just looking for a fun, activity-filled day camp, Life Camp is the place for you.  Please note - a child can only participate in either “The Arts Camp” or“The Life Skills Camp” option. Both camps offer same amount of field trips and activities for the entire summer. 

2012 Rates

$199 Registration Fee Per Camper (one-time fee covers all field trips) 
$145 Weekly Rate Per Camper (from 7am to 6:30pm and includes before care and after care)
$135 2^nd Sibling Discount Weekly Rate (from 7am to 6:30pm and includes before care and after care)
$125 3^rd Sibling Discount Weekly Rate (from 7am to 6:30pm and includes before care and after care)
$99 4^th Sibling Discount Weekly Rate (from 7am to 6:30pm and includes before care and after care)

The Total Access Pass $1199 Covers ALL 8 Weeks Of Camp and Registration Fee
